NYSEG and RG&E recycling refrigerators/freezers

Rochester, NY – NYSEG and RG&E, subsidiaries of Iberdrola USA, can help customers jump start their spring cleaning by recycling household energy hogs – those second refrigerators or freezers that have outlived their usefulness. Customers who participate in the recycling program will receive a $30 check and stand to save as much as $150 a year in electricity charges.
