Repair Cafe

Repair Cafe

Bring your broken lamps, electronics, bike repairs and tune-ups, jewelry, clothing, small appliances, and more—and let our volunteer fixers help you bring them back to life.

Repairing instead of discarding keeps valuable items out of the landfill, conserves resources, and reduces waste—an easy and impactful step toward a more sustainable community—plus have treats and coffee with your neighbors.

Special guest Jim Perry, the Town Building Inspector, is usually on hand to offer guidance on permits and home projects. Kids can enjoy crafts and games while you learn about local conservation efforts like composting, the Pollinator Pathway, and the Big Night.

Don’t toss it—repair it!

The Conservation Board holds 2 Repair Cafes per year at the Pound Ridge Elementary School, enter in the Gym.
