Traffic Advisory - June 28 Fireworks

Town Park

Traffic: 
Westchester Ave will be closed to all traffic from Pound Ridge Rd to West Ln from 8:45pm until approximately 10:45pm for the Annual Fireworks display at the Town Park.  All traffic will be detoured to West La to circumvent the road closure.  Westchester Ave will remain closed to facilitate shuttle bus traffic after the event.

Parking:
Event Parking is limited and by permit only.  Parking is prohibited along roadways surrounding the Town Park and violators are subject to ticket and/or tow.

Parking Permits: 
Available Monday thru Friday 8am-4pm from 6/16 thru 6/27 until sold out at Pound Ridge Police Department.  There will be no sale of parking permits on the day of the event 6/28 so please plan accordingly. Must bring driver's license and copy of vehicle registration to secure a permit.

Residents: Free of Charge
Non-Resident (100 permits only): $30 exact change please

Event Parking is located at Pound Ridge Elementary School.  There will be shuttle buses to bring you to and from Town Park.  There will be no parking at the Town Park, however you will be allowed to drop off individuals and lawn chairs there.

Safety: 
Once fireworks are set up and after the event, there will be no access to bike path leading into the Town Park and area around pond will be off limits. At conclusion of fireworks, we ask that all attendees remain on the field until all clear is given by the Fireworks Safety Team.
