Handicap Parking Permits

To get a temporary or permanent handicap parking permit, you need to have an MV-661 form signed by your doctor.

By email:
Send the form, along with a photocopy of your driver's license if you have one, to townclerk@townofpoundridge.com.

By snail mail: Send the form, along with a photocopy of your driver's license if you have one, to the Town Clerk's office at 179 Westchester Avenue, Pound Ridge, NY 10576.

In person: Bring the form to the Town House at 179 Westchester Avenue, Pound Ridge.  Be sure to bring your driver's license as well.
